CleanSheet is a fibreglass-reinforced polyester sheet that provides a smooth, hygienic and durable surface for walls and ceilings. The material is scratch-resistant and resistant to rust, corrosion, chemicals and wear. It is ideal for environments such as the food industry, where strict hygiene standards apply and where a long-term, low-maintenance solution is required. CleanSheet serves as the base for laminated panels such as RamPanel, HygiWall, InsuPanel and RenoPanel.

PolySto HygiSeal
Hygienic and durable sealing joints
Problems with walls and ceilings in the food industry.
Silicone joints are often used, but in hygienic environments they come at a high price, both literally and figuratively. Their porous surface traps moisture, dirt and bacteria, making them difficult to clean or disinfect. Over time, they turn yellow and can become breeding grounds for black mould, a serious hygiene risk in food production areas.
Silicones also degrade quickly under exposure to heat, steam and aggressive cleaning. Replacements are often required every 6 to 12 months, leading to recurring labour costs, production downtime and rapidly increasing maintenance expenses.
HygiSeal = durable sealing
HygiSeal is PolySto’s latest innovation in durable, hygienic sealing, developed using a high-quality, one-component hybrid sealing compound. HygiSeal provides a strong, seamless and mould-resistant bond between PolySto panels and bump rails, as well as between walls and floors.
HygiSeal is the ideal alternative to traditional food-grade silicones: resistant to intensive cleaning and featuring a hard, smooth surface that bacteria struggle to adhere to.

PolySto CleanRock prefab skirting and bump rails
CleanRock is the patented core material used in PolySto bump rails, designed for strong and durable protection in hygiene-sensitive environments. Made from a blend of polyester resins, quartz and additives, these bump rails resist heavy impact, water infiltration and bacterial growth. They are available in various sizes and impact resistance levels, suitable for everything from trolleys to motorised forklifts.

Sanicoat
